By booking an appointment or using any service offered through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. ELIGIBILITY

Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive a brow tattoo service. A valid ID may be required at the time of service.

2. CONSULTATION REQUIREMENT

All new clients are required to attend a consultation before receiving any brow tattoo services. This allows us to assess your skin type, desired results, and medical history. Same-day service may be available if time permits and both client and artist agree.

3. DEPOSIT POLICY

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book your consultation. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost.

• - If you choose not to proceed with the brow tattoo, the deposit will be refunded to your original payment method.
• - Cancellations or no-shows without 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

4. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

To reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.

5. HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLOSURE

You agree to fully disclose any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, or medications prior to your service. Certain conditions may require a doctor’s note or may disqualify you from receiving treatment.

6. RESULTS & AFTERCARE

Results may vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Following the provided aftercare instructions is essential for the best outcome. Touch-up appointments may be necessary and are not included unless explicitly stated.

7. LIABILITY WAIVER

By proceeding with the service, you release the artist and business from any liability related to allergic reactions, undesired results, or complications arising from the procedure or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY & CONSENT

Before and after photos may be taken for documentation and marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your photos used publicly, please notify us in writing prior to your appointment.

9. PRICING

All prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted pricing at the time of booking will be honored for that appointment.

10. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, especially if safety or health concerns arise.
